This method has been a fav of mine for years now. This will hopefully help people that just joined a new tracker and want to build a good ratio before downloading and to help get your wait time down quickly. Well, here we go.
Note: The torrent example that i used is a movie that i watched the other day, try to find something with a more even seed to leech ratio or more leechers than seeders. Also, do not choose a torrent that is not 100% complete, and has a wait time, it wont work untill the wait time has passed.
Step 1: Open utorrent and go to Preferences and then UI Settings and make sure that "Don't start the download automatically" is checked.
Step 2: Find a popular scene release on your private tracker, something with lots of leechers and download the torrent file, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE ACTUAL FILES FROM YOUR PRIVATE TRACKER.
Step 3: Find the same exact scene release on a public tracker and download the torrent file, i used IsoHunt.
Step 4: Open the torrent that you downloaded from your private tracker and the public tracker in utorrent (DO NOT START THE DOWNLOADS) and make sure that the file structures are the same, if they are not the same, keep searching public trackers until you find a matching torrent.

Step 5: Open the torrent file that you just downloaded from the public tracker in utorrent and start the download.
Step 6: Once the download is complete, stop it from seeding and remove it from utorrent.
Step 7: Open the torrent that you got from your private tracker in utorrent and Set Download Location...
Step 8: Choose the download location of where the files that you downloaded from the public tracker is stored.
Step 9: Right click and Force Re-Check.
Step 10: Utorrent will begin to check the files that you have already downloaded.
Step 11: Once utorrent is done with the check and the torrent is at 100%, click start and let the seeding begin.
Note: If the torrent stops at 98% or 99%, don't worry, it's because 1 or 2 of the files are slightly different, usually the .nfo or a sample. Just click start and let utorrent download the remainder of the torrent, it's usually 1 or 2 MB.
Once the seeding starts your stats will be credited with only upload and not download, unless it stops at 99%, which in that case your stats will be credited with a MB or so of download.
I hope this will help some people out.
