Glasnost: Test if your ISP is manipulating BitTorrent traffic
all you have to do is scroll down and click start testing, and after 20 or 40 min it will give you a detailed report!
Just did the test. Took about 20 minutes. I came out clean. Yay! I wonder how reliable this test is though.

No prob. From what i know Glasnot is a free-internet supporting institute, so I believe it to be reliable. its probably 20 min because they want a good amount of time for the test to be accurate.

if i am correct Wikipedia keeps a pretty up to date list of ISP's and any trafic shaping they are doing. if you guy cant wait 20 min
