Thread: How to: Increase your ratio

I don't get why so many people always say "It's hard to seed at [insert tracker name here] or I can barely seed at [insert tracker name here]". From my experience, What and Waffles are very hard to seed at, SCC is really tough. Now just think about seeding at SCT or FTN. This guide will only work if you have a seedbox or if you have a very high upload and download speed. I've also seen people who are very successful with seeding from their home connection. I use this on every new tracker that I join, and it always works for me. Just hope that it works for you! :001_tongue: This method will always and should always work with hard to seed at trackers.

*REQUIREMENTS*
Seedbox (any kind, even a home seedbox)
A good connection ( Any kind will most likely do :001_tongue:)
A private tracker (Of course)
A BitTorrent client (fully configured and optimized to meet your speed needs)
Maybe some time (I don't know, just use your seedbox and let it keep on seeding :001_tongue:)

For this example, I'm going to use GFT. Let's just say that I have a crappy ratio on there (LOL) and I need to give it a boost. I made the tutorial in images, so click on the link and you should see the picture. :001_smile:

Just a heads up, you might want to edit quite a bit of stuff out. Like for instance the complete tracker url's, in at least one SS the url is fully exposed. Also it is not a good idea to show the complete names of everything in your seedbox.

Also, GFT is a ratio free tracker, you will never get a "crappy ratio" on it.

But nevertheless a nice, pretty easy to follow cross-seeding guide.

i know this way and its really help me in iplay cuz its hard to seed

but i want to know can i do that with BCG ?!

like if i download complete game ( lets say hulk ) from TL then i download from bcg the same game in the seedbox ( hulk )

its allow in bcg or no ?!

better for you to ask in their forums :001_smile:

Seedbox is a must on buffering ur ratio,but if u wanna survived on What or Waffles,all u need to do is upload ur own material,cross-seeding torrent or jump torrents from other tracker to tracker.U can't really survived on just waiting at announce tracker,download and seed.Uploading is the best way!
