Thread: BTN closing off invites to most user classes

Invites will be closed on January 1, 2011


Starting in 2011 BTN will be closing off invites for a period of time. This means from 1 January 2011, most user-classes will be unable to send invites (even if you have some, you'll be unable to use them).

Our community has grown a lot within the last few months and as we approach the 18k user mark, we need to take a little time-out to address the issues that come with rapid growth to ensure we can continue to provide our community with the feature rich and high quality services that comprise BTN.

Should you wish to invite any family, friends etc now is the time to do so. However before you send any invites, please take a few minutes to review BTNs rules regarding how to use your invites here.

We're also running an account amnesty; whereby if you received your invite/account through means that are in breach of our rules, come forward before 1 January and we'll give you a legitimate invite/account. If you wish to use this service, please send a StaffBox PM with the Title "Account Amnesty" and the details of how you received your invite/account within the message body.
