I thought Japan was safe until my friend got a letter. It basically said the ISP got notified of your activities, though they can't and won't give out your personal information, please don't do it again.

I'm not too tech savvy when it comes to networking, and I'm definitely a newcomer to the private torrent tracker world, as I've just recently been using demonoid. I've known about and have always kept my uTorrent traffic encrypted and I use peerblock. What else can/should I be doing?

To my understanding no one can ever be 100% safe regardless of tracker, client or programs used. This is a risk we all take.

I didnt know TL isnt safe any more, but its kinda logical with that large userbase. Im staying away from it :\
