The way I see it, it's a privilege to be part of a private tracker. The hardcore sites haven't forgotten that which is why they never open their doors to just anyone. I hope this situation reminds other trackers of it and will act accordingly. That is, if they opened up their membership base in the past.
I thought ninja video were streaming as opposed to link posting etc, i think that was why they were taken down initially

Yes, it's sad. It's sad because the only reason they are beginning to fight so hard is because of greed. I've noticed a change in the media industry. The ratio of production cost to profit is starting to tighten. Mostly because it has become so easy for just about anybody to find what they want. It's one thing when a small group of techno savy peeps circumvent the system. However , it's entitely another when it's easy enough for the masses to do the same.
