    To really appreciate the quality difference between the various choices (file size,resolution,codec and so on) we should use the same source material for each rip.

    Thanks to the OP, I had always wondered why BRRips did not have the full quota of 720 or 1080 vertical lines. :001_smile:

    Thanks, very informativ post, personally i mostly download 720p or 1080p. Don't know why but after seeing HD materials lower res. just seems crapy!
