Perfectly put. I mean, look at how it's come already. I'm sure most of this board started out on something like KLite, or even Kazaa(big mistake), bearshare, frostwire, etc. That was the big thing, and still to this day limewire isn't a small thing, but just in the last 10 years alone, think about it changing to how it is now. There's no telling where it could go from here. The choices are endless...

There will never be a worldwide ban on torrent trackers.
There are simply too many different perspectives and ways to look at it. Not everyone will agree..
If servers in every country except one are confiscated, new servers will pop up in the country that allows them.

Besides if legislation was made against indexing torrents we'd have someone create zorrents within a week.
