Thread: TehConnection: Gazelle & Free Leech/Double Upload!

This Tracker is from the makers of ScT. =P It will definitely become great. Here's some recent info about TehConnection.

We on staff would like to thank all of you for your dedication in making TehConnection a premier movie-themed tracker. We understand that over the past few months the site has not evolved as quickly as some of you'd have liked, and moreso as quickly as we'd have liked. But that's what we're here to talk about.

In four weeks we will be migrating to Gazelle. This has been a long time coming, and we are all eagerly anticipating the changes to come. Some of you might have experience using Gazelle-based trackers elsewhere, so you'll know firsthand what to expect. We expect the transition to go smoothly, however there will inevitably be some hiccups, and they will be dealt with on a priority basis (as always).



For the next few weeks however, we've enabled free leech and double upload on all newly uploaded torrents! We want you guys to start leeching and uploading new torrents as if your Net connection is gonna get cut off at the end of the week! This isn't just a gimmick - we're doing this because all of YOU have stuck with us throughout the summer, and you deserve it. Remember that Hit & Run rules still apply.

Lastly, a reminder for those who are unaware - when you join our IRC channel on P2P-NET.eu using the instructions found here, the IRC Idle Bonus will kick in, and you'll be earning yourself 10MB/hour just for idling! It couldn't get any easier!

In order to prepare for the move to gazelle, we have now closed open sign-ups and moved to invite only.(160~ Slots Remaining). The forums have also been closed, the new forums on gazelle will not contain your original posts, you will be starting fresh. Approximately 12-13 days left!

Good to have such a decent event already in a nice tracker like TehConnection ! Also they have added an IRC idling bonus feature which counts 20MB / hour....so I guess it's also another privilege for them among other trackers...

So its been a month and Im sure you are all eager for TehConnection Gazelle to go online, well believe us, its coming soon. We aren't going to lie, we hit a few snags with certain aspects of our modification, but that was fixed a few hours ago, its not going to be much longer, you can believe that.

And on a final note, many of you knew our sister site BitRefinery.eu was shut down last month, we would like to give our BR users a home, thus we have decided to re-invite BR's giant 58,000 user base to this community. Giving them a home, and overall a larger, stronger community for TehConnection.

nice but too bad it's only for movies? if it's a general tracker then i would have been more interested

i joined TC a couple weeks ago however until they more users to seed i can get movies faster at TB or FL. good site though
