SceneAccess 2nd Birthday

Today is the day many of us were waiting for, our 2nd BIRTHDAY. We decided that 1 day is not enough, so we plan to celebrate it until the end of the month!

Firsty, SCC v2 BETA will be launched in the next couple of days. The ones eligible for BETA access (Scene Legends and above and all our donors) will be notified and given access when the time comes.

Some stuff we have been working on v2 are:

• New HOT design!!! which validates as XHTML/CSS strict, which means no more logo at the bottom of the page for opera users :D
• High attention was put into the performance of the site
• Completely new search engine and new search features
• Pimped and improved Movie (IMDB) and TV (TVRage/TV.com) information
• And many cool new features!

The BETA will stay up even after the v2 launch, for the privileged users (donors, scene legends and above), and many new cool additional features will be implemented after the v2 launch.

This of course is not our only plan for the birthday. Competitions, some awesome pack uploads, and a lot more!

In addition to the new code and features we're upgrading our hardware, to make us even faster both on the site and upload wise! The generous users who are able to donate during the next 20 days (until end of October), will receive double (2x) the credits, and of course access to the v2 BETA. So please consider making a donation to help us pay the bills! SceneAccess is alive only because of the generous contributions from you. Without donations, we simply wouldn't be here.
