    actually the assessment is quite easy
    only increase in 50GB upload + 50GB download + 2000 bonus pt for 2 months

    I don't think that it will be another assessment like the previous one, meaning that you don't have to participate or else you get banned. Its more like a contest where if you participate, you might get extra bonus points or something. Its not obligatory in a few words (I hope..)

    You are right.The news is a action notice,for improving member's activation.It is just a action,no assessment,no BANNED.

    If your ratio is greater then 6.0 and have uploaded more than 500GB then yes, indeed, you can't trade bonus points. If you want to rank up though, you will need to download non freeleech torrents which might as well drop your ratio at which point you can utilize the bonus point system. At least that's what I did
