I couldn't give a f*** about elK any more. I used to like and actively use this tracker! I never donated, so I'm not so angry about all this, but they've delayed this "new site" forever. The way the staff have lied to their members throughout the whole process has been atrocious. I feel terrible for any member who donated to them...
However, some very positive things have come from this:
1. I joined TranceRoute, which has been amazing so far (and completely the opposite of elK). I've loved TR so much that I donated, and believe it or not, they didn't run away with my money.
2. I became a Power User at What.cd. In doing so, I learned how to properly make FLACs from my old Pitbull mixtapes, and I've started using Foobar to convert them to all the various formats. I absolutely love it.

What I am worried is that those people who donated and got duped will have their faith shaken from private trackers. They will think twice before donating to a tracker. And this will affect legit trackers which depends on donations..

elK was shit anyway..all music uploaded there u could find on any other 0-day tracker (SCC, GFT)
Packs were the only good thing there..

No it's all scene probably.
Best thing to do is join a scene tracker like SCC and download some 0-day MP3's from there. Whenever I see a release on my music sources, I always check the scene to see if it's their first and 50% of the time it is. That's where a lot of music blogs get their music too (I know because I use bacauhousemafia too).

Bacauhousemafia is unique to me, I can't find most of their tracks on scene trackers like SCC or GFT..the problem is they don't keep tracks on their servers for too long
Do you know any other music blogs like bacauhousmafia or maybe tracker where I can find all that remixes?
