hi all out there as some of you may know that a lot of sites are closing to one thing or another a lot are because of SOPA (click me for more info on SOPA ) but most sites are not surviving because they cant get the server fees and some from a lack of staff and us at ceasers have had a long hard thing of this and we have come up with one solution to keep ceasers here for yrs to come. so here it is we are going to the subscription based site we did try and found it would work but at that time we didn't have to worry about being shut down by mean above our power and for us to keep the site up and running we need to be getting our server fees and seeder fees every month. for example if we had to move server now we could site would have to go. so if we do subscription site we have the funds to do what is needed to keep us going and never be gone like the rest will one day
how it works.
there will be three cats
1- non subscription which have no access to the torrents but will see site as normal and can use forums ect

2- subscribers will have access to nearly all torrents at a cost of £3 a month and will have 5 download slots and seed bk will be 12 hours or 0.5 which ever comes first


3- then our VIP system we have in place will be the more or less the same and will get you access to the VIP section and xxx and karaoke and no seed bk how our staff see the site that's how you will





no one unless your subscriber or vip will be able to download
