The .torrent files are not announced as "private" ones, in the meta-data.
When you see this in the tracker list, you may ask yourself the question :
... open trackers shared with thepiratebay, for example.udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce
udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce
