    Default Mediafire issued FBI Warning

Early today, the FBI issued a new media sharing file site, Mediafire, to take down its website and return all profits to Children in Need. Special Agent Page Innes told us "they will have to take it down, it's full of child porn and adult images". Agent Innes then tooked at her boss, who gave her a little wink. Moments later Mediafire was taken down and several phone calls were made. After a crurling 2 hour discussion, Mediafire was back online stating " we will never die!" ...

"After a crurling 2 hour discussion, Mediafire was back online stating " we will never die!... "

Most likely, but hey there are numerous sites out there like the big guys (megaupload, mediashare, fileserve, rapidshare) that will most likely survive until they become big like these guys did

And if they all fall down we can always rely on XDCC

lol mate and you might be right but still.. Oh and if Europeans here (like me to be honest) feel safe and sound, take a look at the following:

As most of you have noticed, last week US-based bills SOPA and PIPA were successfully killed by a massive internet protest. However, there is a more sinister agreement in the working called ACTA. What makes it even scarier is the fact that it is worldwide. The European Parliament is going to vote on it on the 26th, at this point it seems that protests are being organized across Europe against this monstrosity.

If you haven't heard about it yet, check the following links:

I'm not sure if the above is a fact or not yet, but it still is worrying.
