Thread: BTN 24 hours of 2x upload!

That Christmas stuff was still on the homepage.. (It's ES' fault).

As we're sure you're all aware, we had an issue with one of our hosts over the past week or so. Some members were unable to log into BTN (you had to accept an invalid https cert or use http), whilst some had to endure a site missing a few images

We're back 100% now and as a little gift to you, the members; 24 hours of 2x upload!


We were also sad to hear that a long time TV Tracker community closed down in this past week. All TVTz members have been granted the opportunity to join us here at BTN.

Too bad that there aren't many popular shows airing today.

Where's really the incentive for double upload on a ratio free tracker?

I always seed all my stuff properly on BTN but there's no benefit to having a "good" ratio or a large amount of buffer.

Upload counts for your total data when you want to upgrade your class and you can get 1:1 ratio faster on a torrent if you're not planning to seed it for the required time.

Another great show which airs tonight is House Of Lies, even though it's only the second episode I'm sure this will be a very entertaining one.

napoleon dynamite also premieres tonight which might be popular with those 'toonists.'

The highest user class requires something like 7.5TB total traffic, given it's not as nice as freeleech on what, but I think this could still potentially help a lot of users.

Great bonus for the users who need some more total data for next rank. :)
