"Ok, here's the deal, and I am not going to sugar coat it.
The past couple months the sites been kinda slow and donations have been practically non existant. With Fishy2 seeming to have walked away from site it leaves everything to me, I have covered the bulk of our server costs the past couple months and this month I just can't do it again, we have received 1 small but appreciated donation this month and that sadly just won't cut it.
It's hard for me to say but if we can't cover server costs this month I will have no choice but shut uk-two down.
If you do donate and costs still are not met, your donation will be refunded."


I'm not a bit surprised.
BTW is it "UK-T might shut down" or "UK-T may shut down"?

Yeah! That site sucks! Very few torrents, basically dead forums, shitty staff/community. There's nothing good about it. I hope no one will waste their donations on this shit tracker.

yes, the staff is awful ! i uploaded there for 1month, and after that i requested to be demoted, and the admin banned me :)))

I wish it weren't so shitty, and was more like its namesake. Then, maybe they can receive some decent donations.

I think the deal with UK-2 is the fact they weren't able to gain sufficient number of old UK-T members who have been keeping old site alive for years. That's the key point imho as old site had financial troubles on numerous occassions but despite that they always managed to survive. Yeah, UK-2 has abpt 3k members but they don't show any dedication, loyalty, so I'm quessing it really may come to a bad end.
