Okay guys. Let get this straight. Im not sure if my english is good enough, heck it better be good enough, I am from USA. But from what I am deciphering. Is all the invites thats total out now WILL EXPIRE! That means whoever has an account their with maybe 1 to 3 invites, it will go back to zero. Doesnt matter if you donated, high userclass, or otherwise. They did not issue more invites. They are going to reissue invites to their members randomly like they alway's do. You have till the end of this evening to invite whoever you deemed trustworthy, hence a pretty girl, or trusted friend. Or it may be to late, and you invite will dissapear.

So in lamens terms. Easier said then done. Lol. Invites that were tallied but were not given for the last three months are going to be given out. Current invites as of now will expire within this evening. They will re issue invites at random like they always do, not of higher userclass or donations.

I hope I clarified this enough for you guys. I tried to make it as clear as crystal. Remember they did this once before, invites were never meant to be collected anyways, makes good use of account sellers, collectors, and traders.

As pointed out by Hearts some sites like ftn are ones that deserve to be given to those you know and trust. This site helps us to get to know and trust others. If you want an invite to places like that then you have to prove to us you are trustworthy. We all had to do it ourselves at one point in time.

I sure as hell won't offer certain invties to people I don't know and trust.

You are right too, mate. I am not saying give your invite someone you do not know. Of course he/she must deserve it. Anyway i will not say anything more :) Here is not right place. So thanks for polite answers. ;)

IPB I know what was said and what it meant I was just saying that I have not received an invite the last few donations I have made to the site and was just wondering if the new invites were already handed out as I still have not received any can assure you one thing I will not be donating to this site anymore

I made some donations in November and still have not received an invite.

Like you, I have decided to not donate again unless I see some significant changes.

Donations aren't even automated, so the Sysop has to go through PMs to give people who donated stars and/or invites.

If you love the site than support it. Plain and simple. It's better that invites aren't automated. Just makes the site more secure. I'm sure they will hand out invites soon for those that have donated. I'm surprised that they pulled through these last couple months without handing out any invites. Just shows how great the site really is.

I do not mind helping out but shit acknowledge the fact, but to have not even received a thank you from the staff for the last few donations is a real turn off

Actually the star system is automated now , and as they say its not 100% sure that they will give an invite on the donation or not , so that thing can't be automated , can it?

You mean to say that everyone who has invites there and doesn't use them because he has no one to invite or whatever is selfish? I would disagree with that.

And I wouldn't say they are "selfish" because some users get invites without donating due to various reasons and those who get them from donating whether they used them or not are a big help to us all because they are ensuring the site stays online monthly.

I don't used them often like I used too but I like the site and when I can't donate I appreciate those who do (regardless of them using or not using an invites given for doing so) as I'd hate to see the site die, well I hate to see any site die truthfully but that's the way the world works, some live and some die.

Well its simple as this not all five fingers of a hand are the same, taking this statement ahead - "not all people are alike", being selfish is a double edge sword ....
Let me explain this by giving u the pros and cons for it.

pros:
Less chances of cheaters and traders coming in the site.
No. of people getting in are going to be under check and balance, i.e the tracker will not grow in size before its time .

Cons:
Many good people do not get a chance to get in (it is a well know fact, to get ones self out trouble regarding ratio, etc people donate, and needless to say donors are the life line to most private tracker), and to me honestly donation seems a criteria for many to enter, so IMO the tracker is to some extent selfish as most who donate are the most who get the invites,which shouldn't be a case. To justify this take for instance "ratio building" if u are leeching a file of 20gb then why go the extra mile and try seeding it back to 21gb or more.Ones work is done by hitting 1:1, but see for most ratio proofs u will see >2 ratio.
In the above scenario the exta +1 ratio went for those who are just leecher's why did u try helping them all, reason being u are "selfish" and "selfless" at the same time -- building ratio and helping people.
Concluding this: most should get invite not only "most donors".

Some non-donors getting invites doesn't clear the cloud of ambiguity as all active users should get the invites (weather be donors or non-donors).
