new announcement



At the beginning of the new year our servers will be physically moving to a new location. This move will result in at least a day of downtime, likely more. We expect the downtime to begin at some time on the 1st of January but could start on the 2nd. We will work to get the site up and going again as soon as possible.

To stay up-to-date on the status you can join us in #what.cd-downtime (irc.what-network.net) during the move.

It seems all private trackers will be physically moving to a new location mmmh, iTs, FSC, now what.cd ..

Alright, but what about the torrents that are downloading will they be running in that time frame; or is it a complete shutdown for a couple for days, and the irc channel being only info source of info?

I think both the site and the tracker will probably be down during that time.
But this is just me guessing, i don't have any official info about that...
Anyway, i'm positively sure that if you try their IRC, someone will answer that

Is it just me or is the IRC channel down as well? I can't seem to log in. All the other IRC channels I use are working.
