    Default Chdbits news freeleech

    New servers are now ready to improve tracker performance. Disruptions on the tracker will be expected during the switch on 30th and 31th, July. Users will have trouble accessing the site and encounter tracker errors for a couple hours.( X8 L9 h& b e/ z( h$ J) m# n6 m
    There's more good news. To celebrate our encoder dingxwsimon becoming a father, there will be freeleech from 9AM 2nd, August till 9AM 3rd August(GMT+8).
    And due to the freeleech, the assessment day announced earlier for new users will be postponed to 12AM 3rd, August 2011.

    This assessment day for new users mentioned here, does it mean that they are going to open applications or invitations? I didn't find the news here on T-I.
