I was checking for new torrents on LB just a few seconds ago and noticed I had an unread announcement.

Because of the heavy work load invite abuse puts on your dedicated LB Staff a decision has been made to take all invite opportunity offline for the unforeseeable future. Invite forums that allow, even encourage, trades & sales are the fault of this action. If you are participating in these type forums then you do yourself a great disservice in future use of trackers everywhere.
Account trades or sales will not be tolerated either!
Any member wishing to invite a friend to LearnBits may refer that person to wait patiently on our IRC channel for a staff member to screen them for a new account. The links are plainly posted for all to see and use. This decision is not up for debate.
Clicking links on invite forums or their IRC may steal your account log in details!
Be aware of this danger leading to hijacked accounts of trackers and email. Have strong passwords that vary to all accounts.
Protect yourself even more by avoiding invite forums all together!
