    Hot damn, their lawyers must be better than Johnnie Cochran! This is the best outcome they could have hoped for...so I'm happy it's just a slap on the wrist.

    Its not that bad really, no sentance or damages, but it is really bad news, I fear that more sites will follow, i.e. up in court in the uk, they have set the benchmark for future cases. but as long as we remain cautious in the way we download and seed, WE WILL ALWAYS WIN!

    Hahah! True that we will always win. However, I think the case that will set the benchmark for future cases will be the The Pirate Bay court case. That is the one that will change the history in my opinions.
