lol subnet silly kid. you are probably on a router right? if that is the case then whatismyip.com will only tell you the IP of the router, not your real IP.
Plug directly into you're modem to get your real IP. Also don't do this at all as it is simply unethical, and you will be caught reguardless.

No, they didn't ban you for 'nothing', as you stated in your very first post they banned you for giving away invites in a public forum. That is a pretty standard rule on every private I know of. You broke, it, you have to cop it sweet, I know it sucks and you were only being generous in giving away invites but thats the way it goes sometimes.
I have two questions for you, first, are you using the same nickname here and at the tracker you were banned from? and second, if you are so sure that a tracker admin has an account here and thats how you got busted why haven't you named them?
Well,I read all of your suggestions and here are my answers:
At first I should tell the world famous smart buddy, named MasonMan that if you think I'm not smart enough read the following and then tell me how do you feel about me:
I reset my modem so that I had a new IP.Then I signed up at the tracker and they banned me after some time.So I thought that if I change my PC they won't recognize me.So I connected my old PC to internet by my DSL cable.I singed up and they knew me again! Then I thought they recognize me by my ISP so I connected to internet through Dial-up connection by my old PC.They recognized me either.I should note that I used a different Email, username, password, age,EVERYTHING but they RECOGNIZED ME.
could be something so simple as irc logging to the staff channel which shows you signing up from a new ip in the subnet and that there hasn't been any/many signups from that subnet in the last few days narrowing it down to the same users resetting their dynamic ip address. *shrugs*
if you're banned for whatever reason you should respect the ban.
Get a seedbox, I had problems with my ip and now I just download thorugh ftp.
You just changed your IP to signup, and as you didn't keep hiding behind the proxy (or ur ip changer) so after when u came back to seed/browse the tracker they recognized ur real IP, the one they had banned, so u get banned. And if u think ur ISP has given to u an all new IP, ur wrong, because when they change ur ip they only change some numbers which are not taken under account by the tracker. So ur pnly solution is to give up ur current isp or to keep hiding behind proxies for the rest of ur life![]()
they probably look at ur user-agent string and look at the time from which u signed up from. so if 2 people have the same user-agent string and signed up 1 minute a part, they will probably notice. they may also look at which ips u sign in from. if u created a account then change ur ip, and then created another account but then log off and sign in with ur first account, they will notice too. they might also check ur cookies...
btw, the user-agent string has ur browser's version and name and your os's version and name
