Thread: IPT vs. SCC

Ok SCC is the higher rated tracker but if I already have Ipt then what does Scc have to offer that is better?



I know its pre times are faster, but I can wait a few mins for stuff to appear in Ipt, I'm not in that much of a hurry!

I hear its harder to seed on SCC, but what about the differences in content?

Content is simillar, i think IPT has more actually, but Scc is known for the speeds as well, i know ipt is good on it
I prefer IPT over scc

But, Scc is considered better,
Plus the freeleech content on scc is amazing.

but being a member of IPT i can say that, there are many unusable and fake games torrents and apps which don't get pruned/nuked in regular intervals
though their percentage is much less than that found in Demonoid, where torrents rarely do get pruned/nuked
but their collection of Videos(TV Packs, Movies, also some adult content) in freeleech is quite amazing

In my opinion IPT lacks of a little bit of organization. Don't get me wrong, I like very much this tracker, but I think it could be more organized to grow even more.

Me personally I love SCC. Very fast speeds, good community, and a lot of torrents. If i had to choose it would be SCC.

That is correct and incorrect. It is a little harder to seed, but they have an archive section (which is freeleech) that you can use to boost your ratio.

IPT have more old content, on SCC you can find primarily the newest scene releases. And of course their famous free leech packs. Also, I think, needless to say that SCC have amazing speeds.

I had SCC and I have IPT and I preffer IPT. SCC is jsut about pre times since IPT it's about speed, content and IPT are not xenophobs and do not ban a whole country. The only thing SCC is better than IPT is that the content appears with 2 mins faster on SCC than on IPT...but what do 2 mins mean?

I need to think about it more. I'm not sure I need a scene tracker really and I don't want to collect another tracker just because its highly rated if i'm not gonna use it much. I have too many as it is.

I prefer IPT. More contents, Speed is good with all files and very good forums & Tutorials.

Actually, IPT can beat a lot of trackers even with high level ones.
