Well, before you were working-out did you know how much you weighted? Also, if you are a skinny guy and want to gain weight, you need take in lots of calories, a proper diet is the key to gain weight.
You should see a difference in about 2 weeks of workout, and lossing or gaining 1kg in one days doesnt say much.

- My Requests -
A physical fitness tracker wouldn't be too bad of an idea actually. I have enough of these videos and files on one of my hard drives to justify it for sure. Stuff ranging from fight training to P90x and everything in between.
IPT has some P90X stuff, if that is what you are looking for.
They are freeleech too!
Stop spamming and trying to get posts. Gravedigging 11 months? Use a scale you dumby.
For the original poster, there's no videos online or plans that are going to make you bigger. Putting in the work at the gym and eating right will. A bodybuilding tracker would be useless

I disagree that it would be useless although i do agree that the person above should just use a scale. If you put in the work you will see a difference. I have a ton of fitness videos and some help people more than others. It depends on what you are looking for and what type of exercise you are trying to do. If someone wants to try a different type of workout every day then that's their choice and by doing so the work IS being put in at the gym. Whatever it takes to get people moving is a good thing and if an exercise tracker is that thing then so be it. If you aren't into physical fitness then it would be useless to you of course, but a lot of people enjoy building their physique and there is no such thing as having too many options. There are countless vids out there related to this field (a lot more than on some other small data specific trackers) and although it's the only one people mention there are way more options than just P90x. The more options the better and a physical fitness tracker would definitly be of use to a lot of people. I think the tracker that would do the best wouldn't be primarily focused on just bodybuilding but more on overall physical activity whether that be weight lifting, fighting, or even hiking and other outside activities.
Those of you making ignorant and negative comments on this thread, and threads in general, need to knock it off. There's no point in it.
@MovieLover - I just had a Health & Wellness section created a few weeks ago:
Health and Wellness
I will be filling it with plenty of material soon. I have quite a bit of ebooks, dvds, apps, etc on bodybuilding, fitness, health, and nutrition.
Like MMA-Tracker, deli.sh, and several other niche trackers, done well it is an excellent idea and I hope to see one out there some day.
