Trackers with power user invite/recruit forums?

I noticed some trackers have an area in their forum for power users that has invite and recruitment threads for other trackers. Was hoping someone could help me form a list of trackers that have this.

i think there's a thread somewhere with a full list, but the main ones are what.cd and waffles, they have loads of recruitment for good trackers, especially in what pu forums.

SCC also has 3 ranks for PU with forums for each. Trouble is hard to get into SCC.

There is most definitely a thread somewhere. PTP has a forum and BMTV as well. The invites are not necessarily guaranteed, some want to see that you've been a member for a long time (not just a new one month old member who made Power User).

I believe bit-me has an invite forum for power user also

Pretty dated but definitely useful nonetheless. If anyone can confirm/deny the current circumstances of the ones listed on that thread please do so.
