Some trackers irc channel give upload credit or bonus point.

If you save up enough of them, you can trade them in for goodies.

Our usual idle bonus amount works out to 350mb in upload credit per day of idling.

If you join our IRC network and our main channel #supertorrents you will receive 16mb per hour bonus credit that will be calculated into your upload credit. Basically all you have to do is join the #supertorrents channel on our IRC network and remain in the channel to receive your bonus.

If there is a multiplier then it will be 0.25 * multiplier per 15 minutes.
The system automatically gives bonus points every 15 minutes.
IRC Bouns works by 4 * 0.25 = 1 point per hour.
