Good news indeed, this policy was a bit silly. Hopefully SeX will get more activity soon, there's plenty of members but not many seeders/leechers. Good content though and pre-times aren't bad either, but their upload bot has had some problems lately.

That's good to know. Now provided I'm not banned from there due to inactivity I might finally start using them again.

It was almost guaranteed this policy had to be removed. With it in place, numerous members were getting pruned. The site's best interest is obviously to maintain its members so they really didn't have a choice in the matter.

Yes, I know you could ask "why the hell are you on the tracker when you can't even manage to download two torrents a month?" That's simple, [x] is so damn slow with its releases that members tend to cross-seed files instead of leeching from the tracker. They have packs, but very similar packs could be found all over other scene trackers.

It also hurts when the majority of their peer-base isn't even seeding/leeching. Their most seeded torrents are wallpaper packs which takes up more than half of the first 25 top seeded torrents.

I don't think [x] is going to last much longer. Hope it survives for whoever likes it, but I've already gotten of the train.

ScL was a pretty big fail and fell in the end so I'm not surprised the sequel to that tracker is also having it's problems.
