Overseeding NEW torrents and downloading too many torrents rules apply during Happy Hours.

Remember to shut down your incomplete torrents and update the tracker just prior to the end of the period so the parts that have come down remain free. I would do this 15 minutes before the end of the period as the tracker caches data rather than immediately posting data received. You can restart them after Happy Hours have
