Wasn't he facing a trial because of OiNK?
O wouldn't try to re-start such a tracker... if it is really him.

The trial is over and he won, but I swear I read somewhere that he did an interview where he said he wasn't going to bring back Oink and that he was ready to move on with his life.
EDIT: Actually it wasn't from an interview, but from here: http://oink.cd/
This is probably just a big joke just like FTWR comeback .I'm sure someone who has been dragged through the courts would not be silly enough to relaunch his tracker again.
Would it even matter if Oink were to return?
I highly doubt that a resurrected Oink, although likely only in name if it will even happen, would stand a chance in overtaking either Waffles or What. I seriously doubt that there's room for another general music tracker as there definitely seems to be a glut of them already. But, those who were involved with Oink already know this.
If a tracker named Oink is launched, it will likely be by someone who is only trying to cash in on the name.
What roger9 said is true, i talked to some former OiNK staff and they said it isn't from any of them, most likely a scam site or someone trying to enter a saturated market by stealing OiNK's name.
