Thread: Demonoid Search Question

I just recently joined Demonoid.



The main problem I am having is that it seems like their "search" is not the most accurate. If I type in a certain TV show, I get a ton of results that have nothing to do with what I typed in.

Any members of Demonoid have any suggestions on how to get more accurate searches?

--- yeah, leave Demonoid alone... :D
--- but if you still want to use it, when you do a search, make sure that you apply certain filters ( like Category : TV )...

Demonoid now is fulfilled by a ton of trashy stuffs... Hmmm...
My advice is you should limit your search as much as possible: use more keywords and filters to strictly limited the search result.

Well, in search engines you can put quotes around a word or phrase to specify that you want to exactly match. I'm not too sure how it works on Demonoid. Seems I still get results that are not pertinent to the search when I did that.

Try filtering by category and a few good keywords as that was what achieved the best results for me.

Yeah, I did all of that when I went to Demonoid last time. This particular torrent is probably hard to target because of its name.

Filter all searches and u will got what u want ;)
