eff all you sidebustaz. for the people who just cant seem to get into tehconnection this is awesome, like myself. if any of you would like to give me an invite to TC i would be more than willing to give you an thousand thanks. but for now the swarm is the only movie torrent site im in and its so sick.
--- giving the fact that this tracker it's few days old, i think it's safe to say that we have to wait.... personally i don't get what the fuzz is all about... i mean, it's a new movie tracker, that has to compete with already well-established PTP, PTN and **... not to mention the other movie-related trackers BitHQ, TehConnection, Goem, KG and Cinemaggedon... this market is overcrowded, and i think it will remain somewhere in the low-level section...
--- the site is coping with v1 for the moment, but the staff is already making new changes/ face-lifts for a new and improved v2.... so far there are glitches and bugs, and for some reason it's quite understandable... the IRC main channel is inaccessible ( invite only ) and the help channel is filled with new members complaining about different bugs/ errors... but for now, no staff member there...
--- the torrent database is there, with just about 200 active torrents, and although the site brags itself with certain features ( autofill and parsing ), it brings nothing new to the torrent world... the FSF title is misleading, in my opinion, because once you get there, you'll see that there isn't a "buzz"... just a normal, pretty young tracker... FSF did quite a review there about this tracker, but i think that if the main point is, as severedlimms said... that this tracker could become a replacement tracker for those that can't be a part of sites like TC, KG... although i doubt it's that difficult to get in...
--- you could give it a try, wait and see what other improvements the staff will bring with the new version of the site, but on a personal note... i doubt it will even make it through the Mid-section. Till October the 3rd all torrents will be freeleech, the forum is waiting for new-comers, and i bet the staff is anxious to find out all about your suggestions.
