Just check the rules. If there's nothing about it, then you're probably fine.

you are simply cross seeding. I don't think of it as cheating. Plenty of ppl do it w/ trackers that are hard to seed. I understand that ppl can view it as cheating but I thin it's ok. I rarely do it though.

its a good way to increase the library of the private site as long as it doesn't break the rules its all good

Definitely not cheating, I got from brand new account to power user on TL using only this method, I was downloading from Funfile/RevTT before seeding at both of them and TL.

Go for it, it's a really good method of getting a good ratio!

All scene releases have the releaser's name at the end, like Dark.Knight.xvid-DVDscreener.MVs where Mvs is the releaser's name. The exact same torrent will be on almost all general/scene trackers. The only difference can be with TV shows, most general trackers compress them, Bitmetv doesn't.

I don't think this is cheating at all, but be careful as some trackers forbid cross seeding.
