    Default Banned Countries in Private Trackers

    ok so i have given out some invites to people who live in banned countries... now im not sure where to find out which countries are banned from which trackers, so if anyoune has any info of this post it here and help out some people...

    banned countries? wow that's the craziest thing I ever heard in torrent.

    That's just ridiculous because to solve the problem they have to move to other countries? just to download?

    I'll try to find out and post here if no one hasn't.

    yeah man a friend just told me he invited someone from israel to scc and he almost got banned cause he hoped on irc and they told him that country mas banned

    That's sad, Israel is banned from SCC?

    Israel and Poland are banned in some trackers due to large number of cheaters. ScT and HDBits that I know of.

    There have been a few others that I sort of remember: Egypt and India for invite selling, Portugal (and Israel) for ddos attacks.

    Israel,poland,romania @scc due to the large number of cheaters,as twofingers said. In fact,not to whole country.Just some ip classes(speaking about Romania),but if they found out you are romanian,in most cases they will disable your account... Perhaps this method is applied for the other 2 countries too.

    Slightly different but does swedvdr not ban all non-nordic IP's from making a new account as well?

    Brazil is banned in demonoid (some ip classes), don't know why, but you can log with proxy websites (and your down/upload won't count)
