Can anyone tell me what are the best trackers for PC games with open registration of ones which are easy to get invites to?
ones with good speed and easy ratio maintaining.

He said it right mate Black Cats Games is the place to be . They have awesome SP Bonus System which helps you to maintain ratio just by seeding the torrent for a limited number of hours if it doesn't have a ratio of <1. I really love it at BCG.
I get 403 Forbidden, any advice?

( it worked for some of the members here ),but if for some reason, you can't sign up to BCG ( maybe their registrations are now closed ) you can always check BitGamer. If you want an invite there, just let me know... as far as the ratio is concerned you have nothing to worry about... easy to seed, good download speeds, and plus we have bonus GB giveaways here, in the Bonus Section.

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that this program was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.
