From all those HD trackers out there, I like BHD and CHD. Both are great, nice content, freeleech stuff, full Blu-Ray encodes, easy to maintain ratio.

HDBits.org is the best place for a true HD stuff lover. It feels so lame that they have closed their invites. I hope they will open them sooner or later. Just can't wait for that day!

i think best is hdbits.org but i dont have account there, so i dont know exactly what they have. for my accounts best is hd-torrents. there is always lot seed-leech on files. and its easy to keep a good ratio, lots of stuff have 75% freeleech.(for some times ago they were 100% freeleech.)

    Life after BHD:
After getting on HD-T and A-HD thanks to kind T-I members, I feel HD-T have a much better experience than BHD. Here are some of the reasons why i think HD-T is better:

    1) torrent speed/seeding - perfect for me, easily maxing out bandwidth on uploads
    2) ratio - refer above, no problems whatsoever building an awesome ratio. If FL is not your choice, jumping on new torrents also works like a charm
    3) promotion - no time related requirement which is kinda new, HD Daemon within 3 days lol
    4) old torrents - this is where i feel HD-T is much better than BHD. Old torrents are properly seeded too and most are on seedbox
    5) availability of contents - same as above, and much much more classic available

In comparison, i think A-HD is also not bad but the FL contents are not as much so building an awesome ratio is not as fast as HD-T and even BHD. However i gotta give the A-HD a 101 out of 100 for the refreshing & cool GUI.

IMHO, i think HD-T will be THE ONE for quite some time to come :)

best HD tracker and reason for your choice?
hmm I've not been on HDChina but sometimes the huge number of seeders is scary cuz it will be hard to seed back??

Alright, I have a question for you HD-torrent connoisseurs. I run HD media through an external harddrive to my PS3 which means that if I search for movies it has to be 4 gigs or less. Which site out there has the most 4 gig-or-less 1080p/720p content out there? Or do all the trackers pretty much hold the same weight?

HDME is the site you'd be after if 4GB is your limit. One of their internal encoders are called the "PS3 Team" and they make all their HD films 4GB in size which is perfect to just dump onto an external drive and play on PS3. But I must say why limit yourself to 4GB? Go for a bigger file size and you'll generally get higher quality. Then use mkv2vob to convert the mkv into a format the PS3 can play as well as splitting the file into 4GB chunks for the PS3. Hope that helps. :001_smile:

Yeah, I know 4 gig limit sucks but the only way an external hard drive will get seen by the PS3 is if the hard drive is formatted in FAT32. Aaaand, FAT32 has a 4 gig file size limit. Looks like I'll have to wait for the invites to open up again on HDME. Just curious, how often does HDME open its doors?
