I'll have to echo the general consensus of myanonamouse. Excellent e-book tracker and has all my sci-fi/fantasy :D
I am member of myanonamouse,ebookvortex and demonoid.ebookvortex is not good for fiction.
myanonamouse is good but I still think demonoid has better fiction collection.
Also I found a tracker http://ebooksshares.org./ .You can check it.It's pretty good.

gigapedia is good u can get loads of Ebook materials from there
I have always used Funfile, Demonoid and Pretome - all have a limited selection but between all three I find the technical and the fun - even in Kindle format :)
As others have mentioned, myanonamouse and demonoid are good sources. Also, take a look at bibliotik.
