Hello I would like to know if anybody knows about a good spanish tracker, preferably from Argentina/ Chile

I read a review of Btarg and I would like to know if that's the best I could find or if there is a better one.

I'm especially looking for a torrent from south America cause I'm sure they have the music I like.
