Thread: chdbits bonus system

hey guys, just wondering what you are all getting on the chdbits bonus system? the formula is pretty complicated and i dont really what kinda torrents to seed to get the best points... im currently only getting 9.88 points for seeding 8 torrents! surely there must a trick to this?

just seed as many big torrents as possible and keep them as long as possible.

I don't know about their formula, but usually any tracker that uses an automated bonus system is based on the amount of data transferred in relation to the unique ratio, rather than the amount of active torrents you have.

Just keep seeding.

thanks for this tip! just had a huge improvement on my points per hour, started seeding really big torrents like 50gb season packs, and now i got about 24 points per hour on chdbits. seed big torrents guys, thats the trick :)

I copy from CHDbits rule

You get following karma points per hour by seeding:

• 0.6 point for each torrent you are seeding (max of 12 torrents)
• The number of karma points gained per hour is given by the following formula

  • A is an intermediate variable
  • Ti is the ith torrent's Time Alive (TA), i.e. time elapsed since the torrent was uploaded, in weeks
  • T0 is a parameter. T0 = 4
  • Si is the ith torrent's size, in GB
  • Ni is the number of current seeders of the ith torrent
  • N0 is a parameter. N0 = 7
  • B is the number of karma points gained by seeding in an hour
  • B0 is a parameter, which stands for the maximum bonus points per hour a user can get by seeding. B0 = 50
  • L is a parameter. L = 300
• Donors always get 2x bonus points.

You are currently getting 0 point per hour (A = 0)

Other things that will get you karma points:

• uploading a new torrent = 20 points
• uploading a subtitle = 10 points
• receiving thanks = 0.1 point

Things that you should keep in mind:

• User with ratio above 6 and uploaded amount above 50 GB cannot exchange for more uploading credit.
• Everything that can get you karma can also be lost,
  i.e. if you upload a torrent then delete it, you will gain and then lose 20 points.
• There are always other hidden bonus karma points over the site. Try to find them :)
• Staff can give or take away points for breaking the rules, or doing good for the community.

if you want to grab some bonus points quickly. you should buy a new big harddisk like 2T. and then download blu-ray dics until the harddisk full.i think you will grab 45-55 points per hour. if you want more, donate 30 USD, you will get 800G upload credit and double bonus per hour. i hope it will helpful.
