    that's a very good software for tracking but it would be a dangerous one if it fall to the wrong hands especially anti-piracy groups. they would really love this software for taking bittorrent users down.

    anti-piracy companies are already using software like this for years.
    It's not really hard to write a piece of software like this ;)
