They removed all referrals from everybody on June 28th, and then on July 6th they gave almost everyone 1 referral (all you needed to get one was to have 5GB downloaded and been a member for 30+ days). As stated previously, the sysop for this site is crazy when it comes to invites. He'll throw out 100, and then freak out and take them all away again. A tip for BCG invites, as soon as you get one, give it out before something happens to it.
