    PTP Overall is the best.
But SceneHD is best for HD Movies.

For all qualities and kinds of movies, I think PTP and TehConnection are definitely the best trackers. If you're looking for HD movies, imo AHD, HDT and x264 are the best ones.

If 576p and 720p encodes made by experienced encoders, in most cases you'll see the difference, unlike if you would compare 720p and 1080p encodes.

Not always. They often make some mistakes: for example their 720p encode of Pi has wrong crop (1280x772 instead of 1196х720), in 720p rip of Blow Out you can see the visible difference between source and encode if you'd compare them. Lately some of CHD rips make unknown encoders which I haven't seen there before, may be it's the reason of these issues.

One of my TVs is also 32", but I see the visible difference between 576p and 720p whatever its genre is. As for 1080p, I absolutely agree, in most cases there is no sense to download 1080p rips if you have 32" TV and moreover for some kind of sources there is no sense to make 1080p rips at all.
