Scene releases always are the first to be released. They are usually competing for being the "fastest" to release, so quality may not be the greatest. Some are actually very good. If you're after movies, BluRay for example, your best bet is to download internal releases. They spend more time "perfecting" the encode, compared to scene release groups who focus more on quickness.
