i try to leave the torrents seeding for a few days or until i have nearly a 1:1 ratio

im seeding for at least a few weeks, most of the files (based on their size) are even seeded for months

I'm a member at IPT and I have 1TB up and 136 GB down, it is not hard to seed and half the time you can find what you want without hurting your ratio. They have plenty of Freeleech torrents added everyday.

i seed about 2/3 days. it's enough for tv ep's, movies dvdrip etc.
for larger sizes like tv-packs, etc i seed abou 3-4 weeks.

IPT is very easy to seed, so just seed it for 2-3 days if you have a seedbox.
TL is a bit harder, so seed it till you see very low upload speed. And your torrent ratio is usually not lower than 1.5, which is fairly nice!

no need to seed continiuosly...
and there are whole bunch of free leech torrents in IPT as well

for me I seed torrents for months to get the best ratio
