sorry about that, wasnt trying to spam. My wireless adapter freaks out at times, so I have to disconnect, and reconnect, and i wasnt sure if my post went through. I was afk the entire day, and i now saw that it went though both times, so i deleted one. I never spam, so please don't accuse me of this.
Now on topic, I completely agree with Takayama. The first thing that went through my mind as well was "bcg probably needs donations". This appears to be a prominent problem for all top trackers, and is a major threat to their survival.

. I think that BCG is just trying to have a userbase which is purely dedicated to games. If we go back to the time when whatcd started ~10000 users were given 10 invites each, and look where it is today. I can presume that BCG is going to prune loads of inactive/collector accounts in the coming months. The only effect that I see that it will move down a few place in those useless tracker levels, and it might be moved down from mid-level to low-level. But , heh, aren't we matured enough. As regarding donations or email, password phising, If you don't trust a tracker than why join it in the first place. A site needs donations to stay alive and it is always a users choice to donate or not. Stoi is one of the most reasonable and mature sysops that I know in BT. Moreover any capable sysop(who runs a tracker like BCG) can easily earn more money than they are accused of earning from donation by putting in same amount of time in some job or business.
