Thread: PTP changes its domain

CE did it last week and now PTP.

Hey guys, emergency change to our URL. Please use PassThePopcorn.me for the current live site and change all your announce URL's from .org to .me. Any changed you make on this .org site will not be carried over and this .org domain will eventually be depreciated.

Alternatively, you can edit the following file:
Windows: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Linux / Mac: /etc/hosts

And add the following three lines:
passthepopcorn.org 96.45.176.132
please.passthepopcorn.org 96.45.176.133
irc.passthepopcorn.org 96.45.176.134

These are not particularly system critical files. It will just override what the old site points to, and change it to point correctly to us. Open it with your favorite text editor (Notepad?)

This is effective immediately.

--- i am getting sick of these money-related issues. F*N, **, B*N, F*C, and others. But then it's just me.

The new link wont open and the old link tells me PTP is down. WTF?

Ive rread some posts about it but never relized that the new site was up already, but after this im once again logged in and can use the site

The announcement was made after
