Ok, so im sure you know that until a user uploaded 7gigs he has a loooong waiting time.
The problem is that the waiting time is on all the new\popular torrents that can help you boost your ratio. Downloading torrents with no waiting time is pointless cuz its already well seeded.
Was trying partial seeding on torrents with no waiting time, but didnt help at all.
So what do i do to increase ratio with this waiting time thing? whats the trick?

Download the popular torrent on another torrent site which you have a decent ratio on. Then download the torrent file from TL and tell it to go into the same folder.
For example you could download "Fallout.3-RELOADED" from TB then just seed it on TL. (That was an example I don't know if TL has that torrent as I don't have an account there)
Just download a popular file from another site. Make sure it's the SAME as the file on TL. Once the wait period is up for that file on TL you can upload it. This give you pure UL credit without going towards your DL's. There's more to this like part uploading.
If you go to the forums on TL... there are a few tut's on how to do this.

cross seed till you got a decent ratio... like me i got 711gb up and 83gb down... with seedbox of course... i plan to get 1tb up before i actually start dl what i want

So theres no option just to give upload even if there is a waiting time?
yeah it might have seeds already but there is still gonna be enough lechers to leech off you... like right now im uploading a torrent that has 445 or something like that and 6houndred something leechers and im ul at 1mbps but using seedbox of course and even if you dont have it it is still easy to seed with home connection
Yeah, you can seed stuff even before the wait time is over, but in order to be considered a seed you need the whole torrent content, not just part of it.
P.S. If for some reason the release that you downloaded from another site and the one on TL match 99%, with only the NFO file causing trouble, try converting it from PC to UNIX format (or vice versa) and trying again.
Try to get a heroes episode and help seed it there..I always get about 2-8gigs from those :D
This is a n00b question, but to cross-seed do I just add the tracker url under the torrent properties? For example, if I download x, and want to cross-seed it do I just right click what I already downloaded, select properties, and paste in the tracker url?
