Thread: How to deal with TL waiting time?

Download the .torrent from the tracker you want to seed to, then add it to uTorrent or whatever you use and make sure it's set to the download directory where the files already are. If you did it right it should start doing a hash check then when that it complete it will start seeding. I always add torrents stopped and force a check to make sure it is right before starting or it will just begin downloading.

well I seem to dl from IPT, sometimes they have freeleech so its always good. Then I upload to TL, for pure upload credit :D

Well i started downloaidng fallout-3 from TPB and i have a wait time at TL of 37h and the file has 2792 seeds to 1405 leech. Ofcourse speeds from TPB arnt great so i hope by the time the waiting time is over im gonna be able to cross seed atleast half of the files. Im gonna have to do cross seed and partial seeding together

That is exactly what i am doing and that works greate

THis is where multiple trackers come in handy. Get same content off another site and seed to the harder(wait time) site. IT is that easy.

yeah just cross seed, works on every good torrent site. you gotta make sacrifices man for the greater good!

The problem is that the waiting time is on all the new\popular torrents that can help you boost your ratio. Downloading torrents with no waiting time is pointless cuz its already well seeded.
Was trying partial seeding on torrents with no waiting time, but didnt help at all.

So what do i do to increase ratio with this waiting time thing? whats the trick?

That's the way to go. Find popular new stuff at public tracker or an other private site that you already have a good ratio on and seed it on TL. In about a week you won't even remember what a wait time was.

Thanks all for replying. I already uploaded 12 gigs to my TL account due to my seedbox and my hard worker PC who was working 24/7 :)
