Yep. It's using the ScT sourcecode and several former staff members from ScT are purported to be helping the X launch. This could be the new ScT and I'm excited to be in on it from the start.
They aren't interviewing yet because they are still in the beta phase and have not officially opened their doors to the public. Only a handful of former ScL members, as well as a few friends of tracker admins, were invited. I got invited through a friend that is staffing. The fact they invite "Only a handful of former ScL members" is really nice to hear for every Sniper that contribute something for free.
I just think the best way is they suppose to bring all account from ScL to new tracker.

Got invited around 5 minutes ago, looking very promising, I will tell you as much as I can, the design is pretty much stunning, the tracker is based on ScTBDev and the Ui is very similar to BTN with some of its features. Its pretty much insane tha amount of torrents they have right off the bat, and the X has an extremely promising future.
There are some bugs and glitches, but hopefully they will be sorted out soon.
I recommend you guys try your luck with the app, you have nothing to lose, however you might regret this for a long time to come if you don't apply!
The rules regarding ratios are great in my opinon for people without seedboxes, these rules ensure that people don't overseed, and to be promoted to the highest user level you cant have a ratio above 1.7. This will encourage people to not overseed. however this might also encourage people not to use seedboxes which might result in less then spectacular speeds. hopefully all the 1 Gagillian duplex servers they have can handle it, however only time will tell (:
Right from the start the community seems really friendly and active, and I predict this is going to be one of the great things about this tracker in the future right from the start I recognized some familiar faces, and avatars, only the best members are over there.

The tracker and site is already better and more stable than GFT, the rest is up to the members that join to actually participate, use it, create a community. though I'll admit, I did LOL when I saw the trailer
Well, I submitted my email application approximately 3 hours ago and just noticed I was invited by 4 of their staffing crew. Haha. They're not really organized in that aspect if you ask me. Anyways, I'm going to join in a bit and post my opinion.
