    I really can not wait until this incompetent government is back in the opposition where he belongs.
    They say its to protect the children, but it will not protect the children from R rated materials, I think its just a cover up for something, or will be used to filter bad publicity.

    soon the internet will turn into cable where you have to pay to access specific websites. is net neutrality just a dream?

    This level of filtering kind of makes you skeptical of the National broadband network roll-out.
    While I was getting excited about fibre optic (the land down under down under is getting it first) the potential 30% dropoff in speed the filtering will cause as well as blocking sites that the government feels like (George Orwell 1984 anyone?) makes to future boons of fibre optic seem less soured by this plan by the incumbent labour government
